Monica Del Re, President and Founder
Monica has been providing Insurance and Financial and Retirement Planning Services to residents of Arizona and other states for over 35 years.
Monica is member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), a member in excellent standing of the National Ethics Association (NEA), and Better Business Bureau (BBB). She has also been a qualifying member of MDRT which is the premier association of Financial Professionals.
Her background in Sales and Services, Operations of Insurance and Financial Services and Leadership as Agency Field Executive for a National Firm serving as a Principal with series 6 and 26 securities licenses. Monica holds and undergraduate degree in Business and Public Relations, Public Administration, Graduate Degree in Education, M.Ed., University of Arizona.
Monica has owned and operated several successful insurance and financial services agencies. She has also achieved the highest life and annuity production every year for more than three decades. Additionally, she has hired and trained many agents for a large national carrier, and acheieved advanced awards for highest team production company-wide.
Prior to her career in insurance and finance, she was in law enforcement. She provided investigative reports to the court for disposition of felony and misdemeanor crimes, and supervised criminals on probation and parole who were released back to the community. She demonstrates her dedication to knowledge and desire to promote an ethical and knowledgeable business environment. Growing up in her family's 65 year old retail business in Phoenix, Arizona, further promote her strong work ethic, honesty, integrity and family values.
